1. Always check the oil leveler on the tank. The oil level must not be lower than the certain scale.
2. When the fine oil filter is clogged with dirt, it needs to be replaced in time; when the rough oil filter is blocked, it should be cleaned in time, and check the situation every 3 months.
3. The oil filling into the tank, must be filtered.It can not be mixed with water, rust, metal shavings, fibers and other impurities.
4. When starting the oil pump in winter or in a cold area, it should be opened and stopped, repeating the same steps several times to increase the oil temperature. It has to start working, after the hydraulic pump station is running flexibly, .
5. Non-operating personnel shall not move any knobs on the hydraulic pump station.
